You can place your order securely via prepayment and receive a deposit invoice from us via email. Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched immediately.

PayPal Plus:

If you choose PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal's payment page during the order process to complete your payment. Since your order is immediately marked as "paid," it will be dispatched promptly.

Direct Debit via PayPal Plus:

Pay conveniently by direct debit (SEPA-compliant). Payment by direct debit does not require a PayPal account.

Credit Card via PayPal Plus:

Pay quickly and easily by credit card. Payment by credit card does not require a PayPal account.

Invoice (business customers only / no private customers or associations):

When paying by invoice, you will receive the invoice from us via email, and your order will be dispatched simultaneously. Please pay your invoice immediately and without any deductions.

The minimum order value for payments by invoice is €100.00!

Prepayment and PayPal Plus (Direct Debit and Credit Card) are available to you from the first order.
You can order on invoice as a business customer from the second order onwards.

Please note:

When shipping to non-EU countries, customs fees may apply (e.g., Switzerland) that are not included in our invoice amount, meaning that the total costs are understood to be plus customs fees, which will be charged directly to you by customs.

Deliveries within the EU: If you do not provide your VAT identification number when placing the order or do not have one, we will have to charge you VAT. If you provide your VAT identification number, we will not charge VAT.

Deliveries to third countries (CH, LIE, NO): No VAT is charged. When shipping to non-EU countries, customs fees may apply (e.g., Switzerland) that are not included in our invoice amount. The total costs are understood to be plus customs fees, which will be charged directly to you by customs.

If you do not pay the customs fees charged by the shipping service provider (import turnover customs) to the shipping service provider, we will charge you these fees plus a processing fee of € 100.00!

If the goods do not leave Germany, German VAT will always be charged.
